When setting up rate sheets you can set migration points for billing rates that change over time.
The billing rates can be set to increase or decrease for up to three different migration points:
Daily Rate Per Hour
Weekly Rate Per Hour
Monthly Rate Per Hour
Each migration point is determined by the Effective Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Rate Per Hour set for that line item within the Job Cost and/or Billing side of the rate sheet.
Migrate to Daily Rate:
This rate will be billed for the established billable hours set in the Rate Sheet Rules.
Migrate to Weekly Rate:
The rate for that item will increase or decrease when the established Migrate to Weekly Rate Hours are reached.
Migrate to Monthly Rate:
The rate will change again when the established Migrate to Weekly Rate Hours are reached.
