Job Stock Feature: No More Equipment/Tool Disappearing Acts!
(Available for Enterprise Level Users)
Have you ever experienced the horror of searching for a tool or piece of equipment, only to find it’s mysteriously missing or in short supply? Fear not! With our new Job Stock feature, you’ll always know exactly what’s lurking on-site. This feature gives you a clear view of current quantities for all your assets on a project. You can even set low, target, and high quantity levels to avoid overstocking—or worse—running out of vital equipment when you need it most!
Requisition Browser: Vanquish Equipment Delays
(Available for Pro & Enterprise Level Users)
No more bone-chilling delays with equipment requests. Our new Requisition Browser gives your warehouse managers the power to review, adjust, and fulfill jobsite requests with precision. If the stock levels for an item are low, they can add it to a purchase order—or, for immediate needs, add items directly to a pick ticket. It's a frighteningly easy way to improve communication between the jobsite and warehouse.
Collaborate Feature: Communicate Before It’s Too Late
(Available for ALL Level Users)
With our latest Collaborate update, you’ll never be left in the dark again. The new color-coded Collaborate bubbles will alert you to new messages within tickets, making sure you can address any urgent communication right away. No need to dig through the depths of your inbox—you’ll have everything you need at a glance, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks!
Don’t Let Your Project Turn Into a Nightmare!
Align is here to help you keep your operations running as smoothly as a witch’s broomstick this October.
