For enhanced security, you can customize your login settings. You can set the minimum password length, maximum login attempts, lockout period (in minutes), lockout window (in minutes), and toggle the option to show ‘Remember Me’ on the login screen.
Steps to Configure Your Login Settings
Expand the Administration module in the left-hand menu and select Company Settings.
Scroll to the Login section.
Configuration Options
You can set a Minimum Password Length for all users in your organization, defining the minimum number of characters users must use for their password.
Maximum Login Attempts is the maximum number of failed login attempts a user can make before being locked out. Setting this to zero allows unlimited attempts.
The Lockout Period is the duration of a lockout in minutes. A user will be locked out for the lockout period if they exceed the number of login attempts within the Lockout Window.
The Lockout Window is the time in minutes a user has between their first failed attempt and the current login attempt before being locked out. A user that exceeds the maximum login attempts over this lockout duration will be locked out for the lockout period. A successful login resets this period.
