No Training Confirmation Email?

Follow these steps if you haven't received an email from our training team to confirm your email or enrollment confirmation.

99% of issues are resolved in the first 4 steps:

Please follow the below steps.

  1. Check junk/spam/deleted folders.

  2. Search emails for course name/date.

  3. Search for emails received from training@alignops.com

  4. Have your company IT check if emails from training@alignops.com are being filtered or marked as spam/phishing/etc.

    1. * training@alignops.com may be filtered/marked as spam/phishing/etc. even if an individual's email address from @alignops.com is not.

  5. If all the above steps have been exhausted please reach out to training@alignops.com.
