The Item Browser is in so many ways a ‘one stop shop’ and one of the many actions you can perform is printing reports.
There are 8 reports to choose from:
Search List
Search List with Responsible Party
Search Summary
Search Summary with Responsible Party
Search Detail
Search List with Barcode
Search List with Cost
Count Sheet
In order to access these reports:
1. From the navigational bar on the left side, expand ‘Inventory’ and click on ‘Item Browser’
2. Make your selections on the left side of the browser between ‘Tools & Equipment’ or ‘Materials & Consumables’ and then choose which categories you want displayed
3. Once items are displayed, check the box(es) of the item(s) you want to include in the report (or select all items by checking the box on the leftmost part of the column headers)
4. From here you can either right click one of your checked items (note: right click unavailable from a tablet) or click the ‘Actions’ dropdown to display all of the options
5. Choose ‘Print’
6. Click the ‘Report Layout’ dropdown and select the report you need
7. Adjust ‘Available Report Options’ (‘group by’ and ‘sort by’) if necessary
8. Click ‘View Report’
The report will open up in another tab on your browser and from there you can either download it to your device or print it off.
