When using the platform, all users are required to have a unique Username and a Password with an 8 Character Minimum. A Username must be a legitimate e-mail address (i.e., unique and in a valid email format). Note that you cannot duplicate or reuse e-mail addresses within the platform.
Use the credentials that were provided to you.
If you are unable to gain access to the system with the credentials you were provided, contact your System Administrator or send an e-mail to support@alignops.com outlining your problem and providing a phone number where you can be reached.
