The Purchase Order Browser is where you can view, manage, and take action on all existing and historical Purchase Orders (POs). From this screen, you can filter, open, print, delete, and receive Purchase Orders. This browser also serves as the starting point for receiving items or updating the status of orders. While this article does not walk through how to use the browser, it does explain what you’ll see on screen and how to interpret it.
Accessing the Purchase Order Browser
You can access the Purchase Order Browser from the left-hand Navigator Panel under Purchasing > Purchase Orders.
What You Can Do in the Purchase Order Browser
From the Purchase Order Browser, you can:
Search for past and current Purchase Orders
Filter results by vendor, date, project, or other fields
View the full item details of a Purchase Order
Print a Purchase Order
Receive against a Purchase Order
Delete a Purchase Order
Toggle between full PO view or item-level view
Use the Search and Clear buttons at the top right to manage and refresh your search results. Select from Open, Closed, or All to control which orders appear.
