The Numbering utility enables users to choose the numbering convention and sequence for use in Tool, Material and Kit records.
From the Navigation panel:
Expand the Administration section.
Select Numbering.
Select from Number Type drop down.
Add Last Used System Number.
Add Last Used User Number.
Users can adjust the last used numbers for System Numbering (4) and User Numbering (5) to control the sequence of numbers auto generated.
Click Save next to each field.
