To access the Service Reports group:
Expand the Reports and Graphs section.
Select Reports.
Select Service Reports the report type dropdown.
From the second dropdown window select one of the following reports:
Service Schedule Report:
Displays listing of tools that are scheduled for Service based on dates from Service Plans or Service Requests. Report includes Work Order No., Next Date/Meter, Priority and Requested Service. Sortable fields include Current Assignment, Item Number and Stock Location.
Service Totals by Date Report:
Report showing amount of Service performed, as measured by total number of Work Orders, by Date. Costs associated with work orders are included in report. Other sort fields include Assigned To and Category.
Warranty Status Report:
Report showing Warranty Expiration Date and Days Remaining information on tools selected by Category, Item Class and sorted by Item Number and Manufacturer.
Work Order Charges Report:
Report summarizing charges from Work Orders specified by Work Order Number and date range. Included on report are Date Complete, Item Serviced, Requested Service, Charge Description along with associated costs (Labor, Parts, Other). Sort fields include Cost Center/Code and Item Serviced.
Work Order Report:
Report displaying Service History (or completed Work Orders) for tools. Includes **Work Order No. ** Requested Service, Completion Date/By and Total Cost. Sort fields include Category, Completion Start/End Dates and Service Requested.
