How to Run Tool Reports
Expand the Reports and Graphs section.
Select Reports.
Select Tool Reports from the report type dropdown.
From the second dropdown window choose the specific report you wish to run:
Tool Reports Descriptions
The following reports are available within the Tool Reports group to provide visibility into your inventory:
Meter Exception Report: Lists tools that have missed their scheduled mileage or meter updates based on the Meter Reading Interval assigned to the tool's Model Record.
Model Record List Report: Displays model information organized by Category or Manufacturer, including replacement costs and printed UPC labels.
Out of Bounds: Identifies tracked tools that are currently outside of their allowed boundaries, including the number of days since their last reading.
Retired Tool Report: Lists all assets retired within a specific date range, including their Last Known Assignment and Status.
Tool Activity Report: Shows transfer history and status changes for a specific Category of tools over a defined time period.
Tool Aging Report: Categorizes tools based on the age of the asset, with options to sort by Category, Assignment, or Date Last Counted.
Tool Certification Report: Lists all tools assigned to a specified Certification, including the required renewal periods.
Tool Meter Report: Provides the current meter or mileage levels for tools, sortable by Category or Assignment.
Tool Stock Report: Displays inventory levels relative to a Stock Location, showing Qty In and Qty Out values based on Model Records.
Tool Summary Report: Provides a single-line summary of unique tools, including Purchase Cost and Purchase Date. Note: While you can organize this report by value using the Sort By option, numeric filtering for specific dollar amounts is not supported in the UI; we recommend exporting to Excel for this purpose.
Tool Valuation Report: Displays the total purchase and replacement cost values for selected tools. Note: Sorting by Purchase Cost is available to help identify high-value items, but for advanced filtering by a specific price point, please use the Export Data function.
Tool By Department Report: Groups tools by user-defined departments and includes Purchase Cost and Delivered by information.
Tools by Employee Report: Organizes tools by the employee to whom they are currently issued, including recent transaction history.
Tools by Location Report: Groups tools by their current current Assignment, such as a specific Jobsite or Stock Location.
Tools by Location Detail Report: Provides the same information as the standard location report but adds Serial Number, Tool Type, and asset images.
Vehicle Information Report: Lists specific vehicle data including License Tag, State, Expiration Date, and Fuel Card information.
Wireless Assignment Exception Report: Displays scan information for wirelessly tracked items, including the Last Wireless Scan Location and Area.
Wireless No Scan < 7 Days: Lists wirelessly tracked items that have been scanned within the last week.
Wireless No Scan >= 7 Days: Lists wirelessly tracked items that have not been scanned in 7 days or longer.
