To access the Consumables Reports group:
Expand the Reports and Graphs section.
Select Reports.
Select Consumables Reports the report type dropdown.
From the second dropdown window select one of the following reports:
Consumables Category List Report:
This report lists all Categories issued for consumable items. Limited sort fields include Category Number and Name.
Consumables Detail Report:
This report details information on selected consumables including Replacement Cost, Stock Info, Qty In Stock/On Order and Inventory Levels. Limited sort fields include Category and Manufacturer.
Consumables Summary Report:
This report provides a summary on selected Consumables including Model, Replacement Cost, Manufacturer and Description. Inventory Level values are included.
Consumables Usage Report:
This report outlines the total amount of Consumables used over a specified date range. Included are Category Description, Quantity and Costs (Replacement, Extended). Sort fields include Delivered By and Issued To.
Current Inventory Report:
This report lists information about currently stocked consumables. Includes Replacement and Extended Costs, Last Count date, Bin and Bar Codes. Select by Category and Manufacturer. Limited sort fields include Description, Item Number and Purchase Cost.
