Steps to Add a Unique Service Plan to an Individual Tool Record
Expand the Inventory section.
Select Item Browser.
Locate the Tool Record and click on the item number (blue hyperlink) to open the item details window.
Select Service.
Expand the Service Plans panel.
Open the Actions Menu.
Select Add.
The Service Plan Detail window will appear.
Configure the Service Plan specifically for this tool record.

Click Save to finalize and store the Service Plan in the tool record.
