What is a Service Plan?
A Service Plan is a proactive maintenance schedule designed to keep tools in proper working condition. These plans typically include recurring service events throughout the lifecycle of a tool.
Service Plans can be created at either:
The Individual Item level — for one specific tool
The Model Record level — to apply the same plan across multiple tools. This saves time and minimizes manual data entry.
