The Requisition Browser provides a central hub to track who is requesting items, when they are due, and how many items are still awaiting action. This workflow gives warehouse managers the flexibility to decide whether to fulfill a request from stock, purchase new inventory, or reject the request entirely.
Prerequisites
Tier Requirement: This feature is available for Enterprise and Pro tiers only.
Feature Activation: The Requisition Browser is disabled by default. Before proceeding with the steps below, you must enable the feature in Company Settings and configure your User Roles. Refer to the [Enable Requisition Browser (Enterprise & Pro)] article for full setup instructions.
Navigating the Requisition Browser
Expand Inventory Movement.
Select Requisition Browser.
Select your view by choosing the Open, Closed, or All radio buttons to filter the list.
Open: Requisitions with line items that have not been fully actioned (not all quantities have been added to a pick ticket, purchase order, or rejected).
Closed: Requisitions where all requested items and quantities have been fully processed.
Use the location selector at the top of the browser to filter requests by site.
The selector defaults to the location you are currently pinned to.
To change locations, open the selector and type the location name or select Browse.
Clear the selector to view requisitions for all locations where your pinned location has visibility enabled.
Locate a requisition and use the Actions dropdown menu or right-click on the row to View or Delete the request.
Note: Requisitions with any recorded actions cannot be deleted.
Processing Requisition Items
To take action on requested items—such as fulfilling them from stock or purchasing new inventory—you must enter the specific Requisition View.
Navigate to Inventory Movement.
Select Requisition Browser.
Select a Requisition
Choose View from the Actions menu to open the Requisition View.
Or right click and select View.
Review the item table to compare the Request Qty against the Model Available Qty.
Note * If Model Available Qty is sufficient, proceed with a Pick Ticket.
* If Model Available Qty is zero or insufficient, proceed with a Purchase Order.
Check the box next to one or more items you wish to process.
Select the Actions menu or right-click on the selected row(s).
Select your desired action:
Pick Ticket: Generates a pick ticket in a new tab for items available in stock.
Purchase Order: Prompts you to select a vendor and opens a purchase order in a new tab.
Reject: Documents that no further action will be taken on the selected items.
Undo Reject: Reopens previously rejected quantities so they can be actioned.
History: Displays the action history for the selected items, including links to existing documents.
Populate the Action Qty column within the pop-up window using one of the following methods:
Click the Smart Fill magic wand icon to automatically fill the remaining quantities for all rows instead of doing it line-by-line.
* Manually enter the specific number of items in the Action Qty column line-by-line.
Select Save Changes to execute the action and generate the required documents.
