The Inventory Adjustments Browser

As items are counted and the quantities on hand are entered into Align, count data will appear in the Inventory Adjustments Browser.

To access the Inventory Adjustments Browser:

  1. Expand the Inventory Movement module

  2. Click on Count Tickets.

  3. At the top of the page, click the blue link ‘Inventory Adjustments Browser’.

The Inventory Adjustments Browser displays a summarized list of the items that were counted on all Count Tickets during the counting process. These new counts represent the most recent inventory values pending review and approval by a supervisor.

Here, you can review the count information collected from Count Tickets before posting any adjustments to final inventory values.

Just like with the other Browsers in the Cloud, you can customize your view by selecting different

· Categories

· Locations

· Counted

· Uncounted

· All

When you select any of the line items, you can use the Actions Dropdown to:

  • Edit

  • View Ticket

  • Add to Transfer

  • Retire Tool (*only when applicable)

You can also Post Adjustments as well as Print the results when you are ready.
