Another tool used to manage meter/mileage is View Meter History. This displays all updates to a given tool’s meter information (entered into the Meter field on the Equipment tab of the Tool Record). Data shown in this history of a tool’s meter updates, along with the Meter Exception Report, can help explain any discrepancies in the meter readings of a tool over time.
From the Navigator side bar, click to expand the Inventory section.
Select the Item Browser
Select Tools & Equipment.
Locate your item from either the Categories list or the Search function.
Select the Tool Record of interest and use the action menu or right click on the selected tool to View Meter History.
The Meter History window will open, showing all incidents of this tool’s meter readings. View and then click OK to close the window.
