How to create Materials/Consumables within ToolWatch:
Expand the Inventory section.
Click on Catalog.
Click + Add Model.
A window will appear prompting you to enter details for the new model.
Item Type: Select Materials & Consumables.
Tracking Method: Defaults to Quantity.
Manufacturer: Select from the list or add a new one.
Category: Choose or create a category.
Model: Enter the model number.
Description: Provide a brief description of the item.
Auto-assigned numbers for Item Number and Barcode appear. Click the pencil icon to edit them.
Click Add Item.
Click + Add Stock located at the top of the Model Record window.
Within the Model Record Window you can:
Upload an image (JPEG, PNG, GIF).
Add cost information by expanding the Cost panel (make sure to save changes).
Select the Stock Location for this item.
Click Add Stock.
Expand the Stock List panel.
Select the 0 link.
Enter the quantity of the item in the Adjusted Quantity field.
Click Save.
