Inspection tasks direct a user to inspect a tool and confirm that it performs within a specified range.
You can add an Inspection Task within a Service Plan Event or a Work Order.
Add an Inspection Task
From the Service Plan Event Detail window, select the Tasks tab.
Click Add Task.
In the Tasks window, select Inspection from the Task Type drop-down.
Enter a description for the task.
Example: Check battery
In the Pass / Fail Value field, enter the value that determines whether the tool passes inspection.
Example: If the battery holds charge = Pass
(Optional) In the Est. Hrs field, enter the estimated number of hours required to complete the task
Click Save.
