The Returns Home screen displays items that are pending return. From here, you can view in-progress returns, check ticket details, and confirm quantities—so you know what’s on its way back to inventory.
How to Access Returns in Progress
From the left-hand menu, expand the Inventory Movement module.
Click Returns Home.
In the Return From field, select the location that is returning the items.
Under the Returns in Progress panel, locate the item you want to review.
Click the item name (example: LS1040 – 10” Compound Miter Saw).
Clicking the item opens the return in the Returns History window.
In the Returns History window, click the submitted line to expand and view item-level details.
Review the return details, including:
Date the return was submitted
Location (project name or warehouse)
Item description
Item quantity

The Returns in Progress and Returns History views are read-only. You cannot edit, cancel, or complete return tickets from this screen.
