Processing and Tracking Request Tickets (Field and Warehouse)

Learn to process request tickets in ToolWatch Cloud, track statuses in the Field App, and collaborate on the Warehouse Mobile App.

Overview

After a Request Ticket is submitted from the Field Mode of the ToolWatch Mobile App, it becomes a Pick Ticket visible to warehouse teams in the ToolWatch Cloud and Mobile App. Users can also track the status of their requests in real time as the ticket is processed.

1. Process Request Tickets in ToolWatch Cloud (Warehouse Team)

  1. Open the ToolWatch Cloud and log in.

  2. Expand the Inventory Movement section.

  3. Click Pick Ticket.

  4. Click Search to view all tickets.

    • By default, the Pick From value uses the stock location selected in the Org Tree Menu.

  5. Find the ticket you want to process and check the box next to it.

  6. From the Actions drop-down menu, click View.

  7. Review the ticket and click Save.

  8. When prompted, click Yes to confirm you are “Ready to Pick.”

After this step, the ticket becomes visible to both the ToolWatch Cloud and the Warehouse Mobile App in “Ready to Pick” status.

2. Track Request Ticket Status in the Mobile App (Field Mode)

  1. Tap Request from the Home Screen in Field Mode.

  2. Review your list of tickets under these status sections:

    • DRAFT:

      • Ticket is saved but not yet submitted.

      • It can still be edited by the creator.

    • SUBMITTED:

      • Ticket has been sent but has not yet been processed or approved.

    • IN PROGRESS:

      • Ticket has been partially or fully processed but is not yet complete.

    • COMPLETED:

      • Ticket has been fully fulfilled and closed out.

These statuses help you track each stage of your request and communicate with warehouse teams if needed.

3. Collaborate on Pick Tickets in the Warehouse Mobile App

  1. Open the Warehouse Mobile App on your device.

  2. Tap PICK TICKETS from the main menu navigation.

  3. Scroll through the list to find and tap the specific pick ticket you want to open.

  4. Tap the three dots icon in the upper right corner and select Collaborate.

  5. Type your message into the text field at the bottom of the screen and tap Reply to send real-time messages.

This feature allows warehouse teams to communicate instantly, ask questions, and receive critical clarifications directly within their mobile workflow without needing to return to a desk.
