Tool & Equipment Aging Periods

Quickly see which tools and equipment have not been scanned, transferred, or counted within a certain period of time within the Item Browser

Tool and equipment aging periods allow your users to quickly understand, at a glance, which of your company’s tools and equipment have not been scanned, transferred, or counted within a certain period of time in the AlignOps item browser.

Steps to Configure Your Aging Periods

  1. Expand the Administration module in the left-hand menu and select Company Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Tool & Equipment Aging Periods section.

  3. Set the number of days that pass without a scan, transfer or count on a tool before a blue warning will appear on that tool in the Age column of the Tool Browser.

  4. Set the number of days that pass without a scan, transfer or count on a tool before a red warning will appear on that tool in the Age column of the Tool Browser.
