To access the Transfer Reports group, follow these steps:
Expand the Reports and Graphs section.
Select Reports.
Select Transfer Reports from the report type dropdown.
From the second dropdown window, select either Inventory Reconciliation Report or Transfer History Report.
Inventory Reconciliation Report
This report details all potential sources of changes in an item's inventory quantity, such as purchases, transfers, and retired tools.
You can view data for either Tools or Consumables.
Multiple sort fields include Item Number, Category, Assignment, and Date Range.
Transfer History Report
This report summarizes historical transfer data.
Specify where the items were Transferred To and a Start/End Date to define the report.
Information provided includes the Transfer Date/Number, Status, and Quantity.
