User Role permissions and Field App functionality

Inventory → Tool detail:
Add/Edit: change status and update meter.
Inventory Movement → Transfers:
Perform: Enables the TRANSFER TICKET menu and allows adding items to a transfer.
Inventory Movement → Count Inventory:
Access/View: Enables the VERIFY menu and the ability to verify items on an existing ticket.
Add/Edit: Allows users to create new Verify tickets (requires Access/View permission).
Inventory Movement → Requisitions and Returns:
Access/View: Enables the REQUEST menu and allows users to view open ticket statuses.
Add/Edit: Allows users to create new Request tickets (requires Access/View permission).
Purchasing → Purchase Orders:
Access/View: Enables the RECEIVING menu and allows users to receive items from a Purchase Order.
