When inventory falls below target levels, you can quickly create a Purchase Order from the Low Level Browser.
Steps to Create a Purchase Order from the Low Level Browser
From the Navigation sidebar, select "Dashboards."
In the Message Center, click "There are assets with low levels."
On the Low Level Browser screen, click "Recalculate."
Highlight the line item(s) you want to order.
Click "Add to Purchase Order."
In the new Purchase Order (Draft status), edit Vendor, Shipping Information, or item details as needed.
Click "Save."
When prompted, choose "Yes" if the Purchase Order is ready for purchase or "No" if you need to make more changes.
Key Reminders
Draft Purchase Orders can be edited before finalizing.
Choosing "Yes" finalizes the order and moves it into purchasing.
