Overview
When verifying quantity tools using a Verify Ticket in Field Mode, you may need to update or add additional counts. This article explains how to do this on both Android and iOS devices, using the ToolWatch Mobile App.
Add Additional Counted Items on Android
Tap Verify from the Home Screen in Field Mode.
Open the appropriate Verify Ticket.
Tap the item you want to update.
Tap the information ("i") icon to view item details.
Tap the plus (+) icon to add more items to the expected count.
Enter the additional quantity.
Optionally, enter a note describing the change.
A new record of the count activity will appear.
Tap the record to:
Change Quantity
Add Note
Delete Item
Add Additional Counted Items on iOS
Tap Verify from the Home Screen in Field Mode.
Open the appropriate Verify Ticket.
Tap the item you want to update.
Tap the information ("i") icon to view item details.
Tap the three dots ("...") icon in the top right.
Select Add Additional Items or Mark as Verified.
A new record of the count will be created.
Tap the record to add an optional note.
