Creating New Items (WAREHOUSE)

Use this feature to add tools, equipment, or materials to your warehouse inventory.

Tap Create New Item from the home screen.
Tap Choose Item Type, then select either:
- Tools & Equipment
- Materials & Consumables
Tap Choose Tracking Method, then select either:
- Track by Quantity
- Track by Unique ID
Tap Choose a Category, then either:
- Select an existing category from the list, or
- Tap Create New Category to add a new one.
Tap Choose Manufacturer, then either:
- Select an existing manufacturer, or
- Tap Create New Manufacturer.
Tap Choose Model, then either:
- Select an existing model to open its detail screen, or
- Tap Create a New Model to add a new one.
Tap Your Description, then either:
- Select an existing description, or
- Tap Create a New Description and enter a description that helps others identify or request the item (e.g., Cordless Drill, 3/8”).
