Overview
The "On Order" quantity feature provides quick insights into how many items of a particular model are currently on order. This feature is available exclusively for Pro and Enterprise customers. It helps you better manage inventory and plan for upcoming stock. Follow the steps below to access this information.
Steps to View On-Order Quantity
Navigate to the Catalog.
From the main menu, select Catalog under the Inventory Section.
Search for a Model.
Use the search bar to find the specific model you’re looking for.
Alternatively, browse through the catalog categories to locate the item.
Open the Model Details.
Click on the desired model to open its detail view.
Locate the 'On Order' Column.
Scroll to the Stock List section and click on it.
Look for the new column labeled On Order. This column displays the total quantity currently found in open Purchase Orders.
Interpret the Information.
The On Order number reflects items waiting to be received.
Once a Purchase Order is processed and items are received, the On Order and In Stock quantities update automatically.

Permissions Required: Ensure you have access to view Purchase Order and Catalog data. Contact your administrator if you encounter access issues.
Dynamic Updates: The On Order quantity updates in real-time as Purchase Orders are created or processed.
