The Billing Comparison Report helps you identify tools and equipment that have been issued but are not currently generating charges. For a tool to appear on this report, it must meet two conditions:
The Stock Location selected for the report must be listed as the tool’s current Owner or Manager.
The tool must be assigned to a different Location, Employee, or Stock Location than the one selected.
This report is a helpful way to catch missed billing opportunities.
To access the Billing Comparison Report:
Expand the Reports and Graphs section.
Select Reports.
Select Billing Reports from the report type dropdown.
Select Billing Comparison from the report dropdown.
