ToolWatch users can manage email and SMS (text) alerts for their own accounts using the Cloud (web) version. This feature is not available in the ToolWatch mobile app.
⚠️ Notifications can only be set by and for the user currently logged in.
Access Notification Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Set Up Email Notifications
Confirm the User Notifications tab is selected.
Check the box next to each notification you want to receive by email.
Click Save.
Set Up SMS (Text Message) Notifications
Click the Add button next to “Verified phone number for SMS notifications.”
Enter your Phone Number.
(Optional) Update the Country Code if needed. The default is +1 (United States).
Click Send Verification Code.
Retrieve the code sent to your phone via text message.
Enter the Verification Code.
Click Verify Code.
After verification, check the By SMS box next to each notification you want to receive by text.
Click Save.
Not Supported in Mobile App
User notification preferences can only be managed in the ToolWatch Cloud (web) application. You will not see these settings in the mobile app.
